Growth Marketing Manager (Builder / Operator)

DeWalls Acoustic Specialties is a fast-growing Texas-based acoustic engineering and construction company specializing in soundproofing, noise control, and acoustic consulting for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Builder) to design, build, and optimize our lead generation system.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are not looking for someone to just manage social media or outsource everything.
We are looking for a hands-on operator who can:

Build systems
Launch campaigns
Test ideas
Improve performance every week
