Position Overview
The Lead Generator / CSR is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, generating service leads, following up with customers, and delivering a world-class customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, quick thinking, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls professionally and confidently.
Convert incoming inquiries into booked service appointments.
Generate and qualify leads for HVAC and plumbing services.
Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates, maintenance agreements, and unsold opportunities.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text,
Schedule service calls and coordinate with dispatch.
Maintain accurate customer records in Service Titan software.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly booking and lead generation goals.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
Requirements

Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous HVAC, plumbing, home services, call center, or sales experience.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms.
Experience handling high call volumes.
