We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage both inbound and outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping clients achieve their growth goals through strategic marketing solutions.
## Position Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for converting inbound leads into clients while proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. This individual will consult with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing needs and recommend customized digital marketing solutions.
## Key Responsibilities
### Inbound Sales Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through website inquiries, referrals, advertising campaigns, and other marketing channels.
* Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, budgets, and timelines.
* Present Bent Tree Marketing's services and solutions in a consultative manner.
* Develop and deliver customized proposals and marketing recommendations.
* Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
* Manage and update lead activity within the CRM system.
* Coordinate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
### Outbound Sales Responsibilities
* Identify and research prospective clients across target industries.
* Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls,
* Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
* Develop relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
* Educate prospects on digital marketing trends and opportunities.
* Maintain consistent outreach activity to achieve pipeline goals.
## Qualifications
### Required
* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or B2B services.
* Fluent in English with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience conducting consultative sales conversations.
* Comfortable making outbound prospecting calls and managing inbound inquiries.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
### Preferred
* Experience selling SEO, PPC, website development, social media marketing, or related digital marketing services.
* Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals, and marketing automation platforms.
* Experience using GoHighLevel, or similar CRM systems.
* Existing network of business contacts.
