Data and Research Virtual Assistant

We run a YouTube channel and we are looking for a reliable researcher to support our content operation long-term. Your main job is to research cases and topics for our channel and send outreach emails using templates we provide. Full training, videos, and step-by-step SOPs are provided so you will know exactly what to do from day one.

We want someone detail-oriented, organized, and good at following through. If you are thorough and consistent, this role is for you.

What you'll do
- Research cases and topics online based on criteria we give you
- Send outreach emails using templates we provide and track all responses
- Follow up on outstanding outreach until you get a reply
- Log all activity and updates in Google Sheets
- Keep everything organized so nothing falls through the cracks


You should have
- Experience with online research and data entry
- Comfort with sending and managing professional emails
- Strong attention to detail and good follow-up habits
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
