Executive Assistant / Operator for US Marketing Executive (Full-Time, Long-Term)

ABOUT THE ROLE

I'm a senior US marketing executive in the DTC/ecommerce space. I run a newsletter, a podcast, a 16K+ LinkedIn following. I'm hiring one full-time operator to keep that machine running and growing.

This is not a data-entry VA job. Most of the work is written communication and relationship coordination. You'll be writing messages real business contacts will read, so written judgment is the number one skill I'm hiring for.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- LinkedIn inbox: daily triage of DMs and connection requests, drafting replies for my approval
- Referral and partner check-ins: running follow-up cadences, logging responses, chasing open items
- Sponsorship outreach: pitching brands on newsletter and LinkedIn placements, tracking deliverables and invoices
- Podcast coordination: booking guests, managing our editor, publishing, show notes, thank-yous
- Content distribution: moving over LinkedIn posts for X/Instagram/Threads, scheduling, monitoring comments
- US phone calls: billers, insurance, vendors, quotes
- Writing a short SOP for every workflow you take over

YOU'RE A FIT IF

- Your written English is excellent, with near-native judgment of tone (warm, direct, not stiff)
- You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) daily and know when not to trust their output
- You're organized and proactive: you chase things without being reminded
- You're comfortable making US phone calls during Eastern business hours (must overlap at least 9am-1pm ET)
- You want one long-term role, not five part-time clients

WHAT YOU GET

- $1,750-1,950/month depending on experience, paid via Wise
