AI Automations Specialist

About the Role
We are hiring an AI Automations Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is central to how we operate and scale — you will own the design, deployment, and continuous optimization of AI-driven workflows and agents that eliminate manual work and unlock efficiency across the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, translate them into practical solutions, and integrate emerging AI capabilities into our day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast, and is genuinely excited about what modern AI tooling can do for a business.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy AI agents and systemized workflows to reduce manual work across business functions
Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities within existing processes
Leverage advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude, Perplexity) for research, execution, and automation
Continuously test, adopt, and integrate emerging AI technologies into business operations
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable automation solutions
Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration
Translate AI capabilities into clear, practical applications for non-technical stakeholders
Design and implement AI-driven workflows across diverse use cases
Test, refine, and optimize AI tools for performance and usability
Stay current with emerging AI tools, trends, and capabilities
Communicate AI strategies and recommendations clearly across teams
Manage multiple workflows and operational contexts simultaneously
Document processes, integrations, and outcomes for repeatability and maintainability
Continuously improve systems based on feedback and evolving tooling


Requirements
Required Qualifications

Completed degree in any field
3+ years of experience building AI automations, agents, or systems workflows
Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools such as Claude or Perplexity
Experience building tool-using AI agents that call tools, APIs, or external apps
Experience building multi-agent systems
Proficiency with at least one automation platform (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n)
Ability to write scripts or code for automations (Python or JavaScript)
Professional English proficiency, spoken and written
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to implement automation solutions
Currently located in the Philippines and legally authorized to work remotely from the Philippines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience documenting automations and processes for repeatability and long-term maintainability
