Stirling Professional is a fast-growing U.S.-based company providing high-quality health and wellness products. We currently employ five full-time professionals in the Philippines, and we’re excited to add another talented tea ---------- mber to our growing team.

We’re looking for an Accountant who is Zoho Books expert. They must be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on numbers, enjoys organizing financial and inventory data, and wants to grow with a supportive, international team.

Work Hours: 4 Hours a day - possibly more in the future
Must be able to work 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST (New York Time), Monday–Friday
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Pay - $5-6 /hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance:
- Update and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial records.
- Categorize transactions and ensure accurate reporting.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Track supplier invoices and confirm pricing accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budget tracking, and forecasting.
- File quarterly state sales and use tax returns in compliance with U.S. requirements.

Inventory Planning & Management:
- Maintain weekly sales and inventory tracking sheets.
- Reconcile inventory across warehouses and suppliers, reporting discrepancies.
- Support purchasing decisions and supplier coordination.

Regulatory & Compliance:

Analysis & Reporting:
- Build and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets reports with formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and forecasting models.
- Provide insights into sales, costs, and profitability.
- Support management with financial analysis and special projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of accounting/finance experience.
- Expert in Zoho Books. We are only considering experts with strong expertise in Zoho Books.
- Strong Excel skill (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, forecasting).
- Experience with inventory planning and reconciliation.
- Familiar with U.S. state tax filing (quarterly sales/use tax).
- Comfortable with regulatory filings (product registration, licenses, etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.

Technical Requirements: Fast, capable computer and reliable high-speed internet.

Growth Mindset: Eager to learn new tools, processes, and skills as the company evolves.

Prior experience with U.S.-based companies is a plus.
