Short Form Video Editor Ecommerce

We're an ecommerce brand looking for an experienced shortform video editor.

Your job will be to craft relatable video ---------- for facebook and instagram that grab attention and convert cold traffic to customers.

Your skillset should be:
- Creating visual hooks that grab attention
- Smooth Pacing, not choppy
- Storytelling
- Targeted use of B-roll to retain attention
- Quality > Quantity
- Eye for detail

For each task you'll be given a brief and a script.

There's a performance bonus pool — $2K USD / month extra when your ads win. That can add up to $100K USD / year in bonuses if you're consistently creating winners.
