Assistant Designer for Bathrooms

We are seeking a talented assistant designer with strong expertise in drafting, rendering, and client communication to support upcoming XBathroom projects.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in producing detailed technical drawings and high-quality visual renders, while also being confident and professional in communicating directly with clients. You will play a key role in translating concepts into clear, compelling designs and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial consultation through to final presentation.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in drafting and technical documentation (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
Strong rendering and visualization skills (e.g. SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion)
Solid understanding of bathroom design, layouts, and materials
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Attention to detail and design accuracy
Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into practical design solutions

Expectations:

Produce accurate and timely drawings for client presentations and construction
Deliver high-quality renders that clearly communicate design intent
Communicate professionally with clients, including presentations and revisions

Collaborate closely with the XBathroom team to refine concepts and meet project goals
Manage feedback efficiently and implement revisions as required
