JOB OVERVIEW

Elite Health Preserve is hiring a Sales Support & Client Acquisition Specialist to keep every lead moving and our pipeline full. You'll be provided a steady flow of leads daily ; your job is to work them fast, book appointments, and keep nothing sitting untouched. On top of that, you'll run cold outreach via LinkedIn and email to bring in net-new prospects. Many of our tasks and our CRM are AI-supported, so you'll have tools that handle the heavy lifting letting you focus on conversations and closing the loop, not busywork. This is a long-term, full-time role with room to grow as the business grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Ringy & CRM Management (AI-Supported)


Work the daily leads provided to you - call, text, and follow up quickly
Monitor incoming texts and respond to basic inquiries
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
Send reminder and follow-up texts (AI-assisted templates and sequences)
Call and re-engage no-shows
Update lead statuses and log detailed notes


Pipeline Management & Reactivation


Review open opportunities daily
Work aged and "thinking about it" leads
Re-engage old inquiries and missed-call prospects
Identify stalled prospects and flag hot leads for the owner
Keep warm leads warm with timely, human follow-up
Maintain CRM hygiene


Cold Outreach & Client Acquisition


Run cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
Prospect and build targeted lists (small business owners and other ideal clients)
Initiate first-touch conversations and qualify interest
Book qualified prospects into the owner's calendar
Test and refine outreach messaging to improve response rates


Reporting & Communication


Report daily activity and results to the owner
Attend a weekly check-in to review KPIs and performance
Share feedback, surface roadblocks, and suggest improvements to processes and messaging
Track and report on key metrics (calls, texts, appointments set, no-shows worked, outreach sent)

IMPORTANT: This is a sales-coordination, prospecting, and appointment-setting role. You will NOT discuss plan recommendations, pricing, underwriting, or compliance-sensitive topics- those stay with the owner.

WHO YOU ARE :

Excellent written and spoken English ; you sound human, not robotic
Experience in appointment setting, sales support, cold outreach, or CRM/lead management
Comfortable with high-volume texting, calling, and cold email/LinkedIn outreach
Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter
Detail-obsessed and self-managing ; you follow up before being asked
Ringy or similar dialer/CRM experience is a strong plus
Reliable internet, backup connection, quiet workspace
Available to overlap with US Eastern business hours
