Social Media Account Manager

ABOUT US
ASAP Content is a Dubai-based content marketing agency. We produce UGC and
manage social media for global beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands
(CLYR Skin, Bathify, HAUM, and others). We're a small, fast-moving team
and we treat our people well — long-term, fair pay, real respect.

THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior Social Media Account Manager to own day-to-day account
management across our full roster of 10 client brands. You won't be doing it
alone — you'll work closely with our founders, UGC creators, and editing team
who support production. You'll be the person clients trust to keep their
social presence running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Post and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
for 10 client brands
- Build and maintain content calendars across all accounts
- Communicate with clients via email and Slack (professional, written English)
- Coordinate with our UGC creators and editors to keep production on track
- Track basic performance metrics and flag what's working
- Be available during Eastern Time morning hours (Dubai afternoon /
Philippines evening)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years experience managing social media for multiple clients or brands
- Proven ability to juggle several accounts at once without dropping the ball
- Near-native written English (you'll be drafting client emails daily)
- Comfortable on Zoom calls with Western clients
- Solid grasp of Instagram and TikTok.
- Reliable internet, professional setup, quiet workspace
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Long-term mindset — we're looking for someone who'll grow with us

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $8/hr USD ($1,386/month for 40 hrs/week)
- Performance bonus: up to $130/month additional if no mistakes are made
(mistakes will be clearly defined during onboarding so expectations are
transparent from day one)
- Paid bi-monthly (1st and 15th)
- Long-term contractor agreement, 3-month initial term, renewable for 12 months
- Rate locked for the full 12-month term
