We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Branding & Content Specialist to elevate our digital presence, strengthen our brand authority, and help establish JLoo Beauty Experts as one of NYC's leading regenerative aesthetics brands.

## Position Overview

This is a full-time remote position for an experienced social media professional with a strong background in beauty, aesthetics, medspa, skincare, wellness, or luxury lifestyle branding.

The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye for modern aesthetics, understands luxury branding, stays ahead of social media trends, and knows how to leverage AI and editing tools to create high-performing content efficiently.

You will work directly with the Founder to execute content strategies, increase brand awareness, generate engagement, and drive new client acquisition across all social media platforms.

## Key Responsibilities

### Social Media Management

* Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
* Schedule and publish content consistently
* Monitor engagement and community interactions
* Respond to comments and messages when delegated
* Maintain brand consistency across all channels

### Content Creation & Editing

* Create engaging Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts, and Short-Form Videos
* Edit videos using modern, attention-grabbing styles
* Design luxury, aesthetically pleasing graphics
* Develop educational, promotional, testimonial, and behind-the-scenes content
* Create compelling hooks, captions, and calls-to-action

### Brand Development

* Maintain and strengthen JLoo Beauty Experts' luxury brand image
* Ensure all content aligns with company values and visual identity
* Help position the practice as an authority in regenerative aesthetics, PRF, wellness, and anti-aging medicine
* Research competitors and industry trends

### AI & Marketing Technology

* Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
* Use platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, CapCut, Descript, Adobe Creative Suite, and other emerging AI tools
* Assist with content planning, copywriting, graphic design, and video production using AI-enhanced workflows

### Analytics & Growth

* Track key performance metrics
* Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
* Recommend improvements based on engagement and conversion data
* Help execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, leads, and bookings

## Required Qualifications

### Industry Experience

* Minimum 2 years experience in:

* Medical Spa
* Aesthetics
* Beauty Industry
* Cosmetic Dermatology
* Wellness Industry
* Luxury Lifestyle Branding

### Technical Skills

* Strong video editing skills
* Canva proficiency
* CapCut proficiency
* AI content creation tools
* Social media scheduling tools
* Graphic design capabilities
* Copywriting and storytelling skills

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with physicians, nurse practitioners, aesthetic clinics, or medspas
* Experience creating viral beauty content
* Experience managing influencer collaborations
* Knowledge of aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRF, EZ Gel, microneedling, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation treatments
* Photography and videography experience
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
