JOB OVERVIEW

About PerkUp
We're a B2B SaaS company — swag, corporate gifting, and employee recognition for tech companies.

We're hiring a full-time Community Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is a LinkedIn-specialist, community-first role: you specialize fully in LinkedIn and own our community growth — the content calendar, the posts, the LinkedIn Articles, and the engagement — and you're responsible for the results. You'll manage 6 LinkedIn accounts of PerkUp's team members (including the founder's). Our senior content lead owns blog strategy and brand voice; you make our LinkedIn presence active and growing.

Responsible for

LinkedIn community growth
- Own the LinkedIn content calendar across 6 accounts (PerkUp team members, including the founder's), keeping each voice distinct and consistent.
- Create and schedule posts AND write LinkedIn Articles (long-form) for the relevant accounts, in each voice — including repurposing PerkUp's existing blog posts into LinkedIn Articles.
- You make the content decisions for LinkedIn — you're not just an executor.
- Drive engagement to grow the community: comments, DMs, and proactive outreach. Spot conversations worth joining and build real relationships, not just publish.
- Build a quick process to capture each voice (post history, brand guidelines, short 1:1s) so they don't bleed together.

Performance & iteration
- Track how posts and Articles perform (engagement, inbound, DMs) and use that to improve what we publish next. You own the LinkedIn results.

AI-assisted, human output
- Use AI tools in your workflow, but own the editing so the final copy reads human, not AI-generated.

Qualifications
- Writing (most important): A genuinely strong writer in US-audience English — clear, sharp copy that reads human, across LinkedIn posts and LinkedIn Articles, and able to write in several voices (including a founder's) without them bleeding together.
- Research: Digs in before writing — researches the topic, the audience, and the voice so the copy is informed and specific, not generic.
- Judgment & growth: Has criteria, makes good calls on what's worth saying and how, and works independently. Wants to grow with the company.
- AI fluency: Comfortable with Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini, with a clear method for keeping output from reading as AI.
- Availability: Able to work an EST-aligned schedule (PH-based candidates welcome).
- Plus: Specific community management experience (engagement, outreach, DMs), B2B SaaS background, and LinkedIn scheduling tools (e.g. Kontentino, Paiger).

Benefits
- Fully remote,work from anywhere
- Paid biweekly
- 10 days of paid time off per year
- Learning budget
- Room to grow

Please apply with your CV + writing samples / portfolio.
