**Full-Cycle Sales Representative (Remote | Performance-Based | High-Ticket Agency)**

We’re looking for a **Full-Cycle Sales Rep** who can handle the entire sales process—from **prospecting, qualifying leads, booking appointments, to closing deals** for our high-ticket service packages (valued at **$15,000–$20,000**).

This is a **performance-driven role** inside a fast-growing agency, ideal for someone who is results-oriented, disciplined, and confident in handling high-value conversations.

**Compensation:**

* $200 base pay/month
* $100 per attended qualified sales call
* 7% commission per closed deal
* High earning potential based on performance

**Responsibilities:**

* Source and prospect potential clients
* Qualify leads based on defined criteria
* Book and manage sales appointments
* Conduct discovery and closing calls
* Follow structured SOPs and sales workflows
* Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline tracking

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
* Highly disciplined and results-driven mindset
* Ability to follow systems and SOPs consistently
* Self-motivated and accountable in a remote setup
