Precast Detailer / Modeller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Precast Detailer / Modeller to join our team. The role involves creating accurate 3D models and shop drawings for precast concrete elements using Revit software. You will work closely with project teams to ensure all drawings meet project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain 3D precast concrete models in Revit.
Produce detailed shop drawings for precast panels, beams, columns, stairs, and other precast elements.
Prepare erection drawings and production drawings.
Coordinate with project managers to resolve design issues.
Update drawings and models based on design revisions and client feedback.

Requirements:

Experience in precast detailing and modelling.
Proficiency in Revit.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and precast concrete systems.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on Australian, New Zealand, US, or international precast projects.
Knowledge of precast connections, reinforcement detailing, and fabrication processes.
