Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

Schedule: Must be available for at least 4 hours during the US Eastern workday, ideally between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to help with social media content, Canva graphics, email marketing support, and CRM support.

This role is best for someone who has experience with social media content creation and Canva, and is comfortable learning other marketing tools over time.

You will work with our directors and admin team to support client accounts, organize marketing tasks, and help keep campaigns moving.



Main Responsibilities:

Social Media Support
-create and schedule social media posts, graphics, reels, and other content in line with client content strategy
-use High Level's social media feature for scheduling
-Use Canva to create simple, clean graphics that match client branding.
-Organize content calendars and help keep posting schedules on track.
-Review basic social media performance and share observations about what is working.

Canva Graphic Creation
-Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, presentations, and simple marketing assets.
-Follow existing brand guidelines and design examples.
-Make revisions based on team feedback.



Email Marketing Support
-Help prepare email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Shopify, or GoHighLevel.
-Upload copy, images, links, and customer lists.
-Test emails before they are sent.
-Help organize basic automations and email sequences.

CRM Support
-Help manage forms, calendars, funnels, dashboards, and simple automations in GoHighLevel.



Qualifications

Required Experience
-At least 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or similar role.
-Experience creating content or graphics using Canva or similar.
-Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM
-Experience scheduling or managing social media posts.
-Good written English communication.
-Comfortable learning new tools and following detailed instructions.

Helpful Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required:
-WordPress
-Shopify
-Mailchimp
-AgencyAnalytics
-Meta Ads
-CRM management
-Basic reporting or data tracking
