SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST (US HOURS)

Vidpros is a creative and dynamic video editing company specializing in crafting compelling narratives for brands and engaging social media video content. We are passionate about the power of visual storytelling, and we are looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Specialist to help drive our next stage of growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a do-it-yourself, individual-contributor role for someone who excels at BOTH closing deals and personally executing the marketing strategies that generate high-quality prospects. You will be managing a team of zero, just yourself. We need someone with a "player-coach" mentality who is energized by switching between a sales call and campaign optimization in the same shift.

IMPORTANT: This role works US business hours (night shift, Philippine time). Please only apply if you can commit to this schedule long-term.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Execution (around 30% of the role)
- Handle qualified sales calls each week with prospective clients
- Close deals and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
- Maintain detailed CRM records and basic sales forecasting

Marketing Strategy & Execution (around 70% of the role)
- Personally execute strategies to increase qualified lead volume
- Write persuasive marketing copy across platforms (website, ads, emails, social media)
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook Ads required; Google Ads / LinkedIn a plus)
- Build, send, and A/B test cold email sequences to generate project inquiries
- Design and optimize sales funnels and landing pages to maximize conversion
- Track performance, analyze marketing metrics and ROI, and adjust campaigns
- Create content that showcases our expertise (case studies, portfolio pieces, blog posts)

YOU HAVE

- 3+ years of combined sales and marketing experience as an individual contributor
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/lead-gen targets
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident on video calls with US clients
- Strong copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience managing paid ads (especially Facebook Ads)
- Experience writing and testing cold email sequences
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
- A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- Self-starter attitude — you thrive with autonomy and minimal supervision
- Reliable internet, backup power/connection, and a quiet workspace for calls

COMPENSATION & SETUP

- $600–$1,000/month depending on experience
- Full-time, 100% remote
