Salary: $300 to $400/month
Hours: Part-time, 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM US Eastern (20 hours/week). Content often lands same-day and needs to go live promptly, so reliability in this window is the most important part of this job.
About the role
I run a fast-growing brand in the AI and ecommerce space (YouTube, Instagram,
This is not a "create from scratch" creative role. I'll hand you content and clear guidelines. Your job is to execute them perfectly and ship on time. If you're someone who reads instructions once and follows them exactly, double-checks your own work, and is happy to help with small related tasks without making it a thing, you'll do great here and there's real long-term growth.
What you'll do
-Upload my videos to the correct YouTube channel (I run two, you'll need to be careful which is which, every time)
-Post 2 short-form videos per day to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, using the correct version for each platform (the files will be labeled, you confirm before posting)
-Schedule and post Instagram Stories when they're ready
-Light comment moderation: reply to common questions using a saved reply bank, delete and block obvious hate or scam comments, forward anything you're unsure about to me
-Occasionally schedule a tweet, a YouTube community post, or a
-Keep an eye out for content worth repurposing
Must-haves
-Strong, stable internet (this is non-negotiable, you'll be uploading video daily)
-High attention to detail. This is the number 1 thing I'm hiring for. Small misses (wrong channel, broken spacing, wrong version) are what I'm trying to eliminate
-Fast, reliable communication (more on this below)
-Comfortable with YouTube uploading (I'll teach my specifics), Instagram, and basic English for comment replies
-Comfortable using
-You catch your own mistakes before I have to point them out
Nice to have
-Experience with ManyChat (auto-DM flows)
-Experience managing creator or brand social accounts
Communication expectations (please read)
During your work hours (8 AM to 12 PM EST), I expect you to be 100% responsive and reply quickly, within minutes, not hours, even during slower stretches when there's no active task.
Outside of work hours, including weekends, I don't expect you to do tasks. But if I message you, I do want a quick acknowledgement, something as simple as "got it, I'll handle this Monday." I'm looking for someone who takes ownership and cares about this role, not someone who goes silent until their next shift. Good communication is a big deal to me.
Growth: Once you're in the flow and I trust your judgment (usually after the first month), I'll want you flagging post ideas and content opportunities you spot. The better you get, the more ownership and pay you get.
How to apply (read carefully)
1. Start your message with the word 'SHARP' so I know you read the full post.
2. Tell me your timezone and confirm you can work 8 AM to 12 PM US Eastern, Monday to Friday.
3. Send a screenshot of your internet speed test (speedtest.net).
4. List the 3 things you would always double-check before publishing a video, with each one on its own line.
5. Tell me in one or two sentences about a time you caught a mistake before it went live.
Applications that skip any of these steps, or that have messy formatting, won't be reviewed. I know that sounds strict. Attention to detail is the entire job.
