Sales / Client Briefing Specialist (Lady)

We are a Singapore-based corporate events company that runs lunchtime talks, wellness sessions, and workshops for large organisations. We work with HR and L&D teams across government agencies, MNCs, and SMEs.
We are hiring a Lady remote Client Briefing Specialist to run our introductory video meetings with prospective corporate clients. You will be the first live point of contact after an enquiry comes in: a warm, polished 20–30 minute Zoom call where you introduce our company, walk the client through our offerings, understand their needs, and guide them toward booking a session. You will present from a prepared deck and a proven structure — we will train you fully on it.
This is a client-facing, conversation-led role. It suits someone who is genuinely comfortable on camera, reads people well, and can hold a professional conversation with senior HR managers.
What you will do

Run scheduled Zoom briefing calls with prospective corporate clients
Present our company, services, and process using our existing deck and script
Build rapport, understand the client's needs, and recommend the most suitable session
Guide interested clients toward confirming a date and topic
Hand confirmed bookings to our operations team for coordination
Keep brief notes on each call for follow-up

What we are looking for

Excellent spoken English, clear and natural on video calls
Prior experience in B2B sales, client-facing calls, account management, or telesales (corporate clients preferred)
Strong cultural fluency with the Singapore corporate environment — comfortable speaking with Singaporean HR and management professionals
Confident, warm, and persuasive without being pushy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work Singapore business hours
Comfortable presenting from a prepared structure and improving with coaching

Nice to have

Background in events, corporate training, wellness, or professional services
Familiarity with Zoom, Google Calendar, and basic CRM or spreadsheet tools
