Producer of short medical videos

We are looking for a creative and meticulous Full-Cycle Video Producer / Editor for a long-term collaboration. We specialize in creating high-quality medical and scientific educational content and need someone capable of handling the entire video production workflow from start to finish.

This role goes beyond simple editing. We need a specialist who can take a topic or idea and turn it into a complete short-form educational video, including:

Suggesting or writing the voiceover script
Producing or coordinating the voiceover narration
Selecting or generating visually relevant B-roll / stock footage / AI visuals
Editing the full video into a polished and engaging final product
Synchronizing visuals perfectly with the narration
Adding captions from beginning to end
Delivering a video ready for publication

We are open to using AI tools for script writing and voiceover generation. However, every script and voiceover must receive human review and refinement, with a strong human touch to ensure the best tone, clarity, accuracy, and natural flow.

Required Tasks

For each video, the workflow will be:

Receive the topic, reference material, or initial idea.
Create or refine the voiceover script in a clear, engaging, and scientifically accurate style.
Produce or arrange the voiceover audio.
Source, generate, or edit appropriate B-roll / stock footage / AI visuals that match the medical or scientific context.
Assemble and edit the video in a smooth, dynamic, professional style.
Add on-screen captions from beginning to end, fully synchronized with the audio.
Deliver a final video optimized for short-form platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Duration: Approximately 60 seconds
Format: Vertical 9:16
Resolution: 1080p
Audio: No background music or special sound effects required
Style: Clean, professional, visually engaging, and optimized for short-form educational content
Project Scope
Total Volume: We plan to produce 30 to 50 videos
Initial Phase: The project will begin with a paid test of 3 videos to evaluate quality, creativity, accuracy, and communication
Long-Term Opportunity: If the test is successful, the remaining videos will be assigned to the same freelancer for ongoing collaboration
Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

Proven experience in end-to-end video production for educational content
Strong ability in script writing / voiceover planning / narration workflow
Experience in B-roll selection, AI visual generation, and audio-visual synchronization
Access to high-quality stock footage libraries or the ability to generate high-quality AI visuals
Understanding of medical and scientific terminology to ensure accurate visual interpretation
Fast turnaround times without compromising quality
Strong attention to detail and consistency across a video series
