Sales Closer for US Design Agency — Warm Leads Provided, Base + Commission (Night Shift)

We run 5stars Design ( ---------- ), a design subscription service for businesses. We have a steady flow of leads with full contact details — we need closers to turn them into paying customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work leads we PROVIDE — including email addresses and direct phone numbers (no lead hunting, no scraping)
Reach out by phone call and WhatsApp, plus email follow-ups
Qualify prospects, handle objections, and close them onto a monthly design plan (plans start at $197/mo)
Send a short end-of-day summary (3 bullets)

PAY

2-week PAID trial: $100 flat + $60 commission per client you close
After the trial: $300/mo base + $60 per closed client + 10% of monthly revenue for each of your clients' first 3 months
Realistic monthly total once ramped: $450–$900+ depending on your closing skill

SCHEDULE

Part-time, 4 hrs/day, Monday–Friday
10:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine time (covers 9 AM – 1 PM US Eastern, when US prospects answer their phones)
This is a NIGHT SHIFT role — please only apply if this schedule genuinely works for you long-term

REQUIREMENTS

Confident, fluent spoken English — this is a phone-heavy role
Smartphone with WhatsApp + a quiet workspace with a good headset
Experience closing deals over the phone is a big plus

WE'RE HIRING 4–5 PEOPLE for the paid trial and keeping the top 2–3 permanently. Everyone gets the same number of leads, transparent scoreboard, and everyone gets paid for the trial regardless. May the best closers win.
