Global Community & Events Manager — Run Communities Across 3 Continents (US Venture Studio)

Full-time | Manager hours (EU-based with US overlap)

We're a US-based venture studio building D2C brands and live communities in Dubai, the USA, and the UK. We don't need someone to "help with events." We need someone to OWN them — multiple events, multiple brands, multiple time zones — and build real communities around them.

This is not a 9-to-5 monitor job. If you go quiet after 5pm, hide behind email, or freeze at the idea of calling a stranger, close this tab now. This role is for an operator who thrives on ---------- ntum.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Planning and running events end-to-end across the US and EU (and eventually Dubai)
- Building and growing communities around each brand — online and in-person
- Picking up the phone: calling members, partners, venues, and creators directly. Cold, warm, doesn't matter.
- Representing us to other community leaders and founders with authority and polish
- Spotting what's trending and bringing taste to how our brands show up

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU:
- Work manager hours on EU time and can take US calls in your evening
- Are genuinely outgoing — you LIKE talking to people and you start conversations, you don't wait for them
- Have organized events in the US and/or EU and understand both cultures and markets
- Have natural taste and a feel for what's current (we can train systems, we can't train style)
- Carry yourself like a leader other leaders take seriously

This is a winners-only role. Strong base pay, real ownership, and room to grow into running the whole community function as we scale.
