Full-Time Lead Generation Specialist – Home Remodeling (Seattle Market)
We're a home remodeling business based in Seattle, WA specializing in bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, and flooring. We're looking for a sharp, self-driven, FULL-TIME lead generation specialist to hunt down homeowner leads in the greater Seattle area so our salesperson can call them and book appointments.
This is NOT a "wait for instructions" role. You need to already know how to find leads and come in with your own game plan. If you don't have a proven method for sourcing homeowner remodeling leads, this isn't the job for you.
What you'll be doing:

Scouting Facebook groups, Marketplace, neighborhood/community pages, and local home-improvement groups for homeowners who need bathroom, kitchen, or flooring work
Searching across whatever platforms work — Facebook, Craigslist, Nextdoor, forums, local pages, lead sites, etc.
Identifying homeowners actively looking to remodel or who have posted about needing the work
Pulling together clean, organized lead info (name, contact, what they need, location) for our salesperson to follow up
Hitting a daily target of fresh, qualified Seattle-area leads

What we need from you:

Proven experience generating leads for a US-based service business (home improvement/contracting a big plus)
You already have your OWN strategy for finding leads — be ready to explain exactly how you'd go after the Seattle market
Strong written English and good attention to detail
Reliable, full-time availability that overlaps with US Pacific time hours
Self-motivated — you'll be working independently and we're trusting you to produce

Compensation:

Monthly base salary PLUS commission on every job that closes from leads you bring in
The more good leads you find, the more our salesperson closes, the more you earn
