JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Cebu City, Philippines (In-Office)

98 Junk Removal & Dumpster Rentals is a rapidly growing waste management brokerage serving customers throughout the United States and Canada. We coordinate dumpster rentals, junk removal, tire disposal, pallet removal, and emergency waste services nationwide.

We are seeking a dedicated Operations & Vendor Coordinator to join our Cebu office. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

* Source and recruit vendors throughout the U.S. and Canada
* Request and negotiate pricing from vendors
* Dispatch and coordinate service requests
* Follow up on job completion, photos, and invoices
* Update CRM and operational systems
* Communicate with vendors and customers via phone, email, and SMS
* Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

Work Schedule:

* Full-time, in-office position
* 12-hour shifts
* Overtime opportunities available
* Weekend availability required
* Must be flexible to work U.S. business hours and respond to urgent service requests

Requirements:

* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable making outbound calls and negotiating pricing
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Reliable, dependable, and committed to long-term employment
* Experience in dispatching, logistics, customer service, or vendor management is preferred
