Workforce Management (WFM) & Shift Compliance Supervisor

TruGuard Security is seeking a data-driven, highly systematic Workforce Management (WFM) & Shift Compliance Supervisor. Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Adherence Monitoring: Track live guard check-ins, identify non-adherence (late arrivals, missed check-ins, unauthorized breaks), and take swift corrective actions.

Schedule Optimization: Update and maintain daily and weekly guard schedules within our workforce management software, strategically filling gaps caused by sudden call-offs.

Compliance & Dispute Handling: Formally document attendance infractions, issue performance warnings, and manage disciplinary data for field employees.

Time Tracking Audit: Execute detailed weekly audits of guard operational logs and shift metrics to ensure perfect alignment with client invoicing requirements.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Real-Time Analyst (RTA), WFM Specialist, or Mission Control Analyst within a fast-paced environment.

Deep knowledge of tracking metrics, schedule design, and compliance auditing.

Advanced computer literacy; highly skilled at navigating software platforms, dashboards, and spreadsheets.

Must work fixed US PST shifts and serve as the on-call decision-maker for critical scheduling outages or field gaps.
