Lead Digital Operations Manager – High-Volume Infrastructure Specialist (AdsPower/Proxies)

I am looking for an experienced Operations Lead to manage a large-scale satellite account network. You will be responsible for overseeing 100+ profiles, ensuring high-volume daily interactions, and managing technical backend systems. This is an executive-level role for someone who excels at scaling traffic through advanced platform automation, anti-detection, and browser fingerprint management.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management: Source, warm, and manage 100+ aged social profiles across various platforms.

Technical Setup: Manage residential and mobile proxies, anti-detect browsers (AdsPower/Dolphin), and session cookies to prevent network-wide flagging.

AI Integration: Oversee the integration of Conversational AI tools and automated DM workflows to maximize engagement and lead conversion.Content Deployment: Coordinate the clipping and posting of media assets across the entire network.

Performance Monitoring: Track daily interaction quotas (50k+ daily) and handle troubleshooting for PV (Phone Verification) or account locks.Daily Reporting: Provide an End-of-Day (EOD) report on network health, interaction volume, and outbound link clicks.

Requirements:

MANDATORY: Expert-level knowledge of AdsPower (or similar) and 4G/5G Proxy rotation.
Proven experience in scaling large satellite networks without triggering mass bans or shadowbans.
Expertise in account aging protocols and managing unique browser fingerprints.
Familiarity with NLP-based chat automation and DM workflow tools.
Reliable high-speed internet and the ability to provide structured daily updates.
