JOB OVERVIEW

TruGuard Security is seeking a sharp, cool-under-pressure Service Coordinator to join our remote operations center. This role is built for a pure "firefighter" who loves fast-paced logistics, mapping schedules, and solving scheduling emergencies on the fly. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% schedule fulfillment across all our physical client sites in California.

Key Responsibilities
Emergency Shift Coverage: Take immediate action on live guard call-offs and no-shows by quickly deploying qualified backup personnel to eliminate service gaps.

Roster Integrity: Build, monitor, and adjust daily schedules, ensuring guards check into their locations on time and fulfill their exact post orders.

Service Recovery & Client Care: Proactively contact clients to communicate unexpected schedule or deployment modifications, ensuring constant peace of mind and excellent relationship management.

Data Verification: Cross-reference operational log sheets and shift timestamps to verify accuracy for final billing administration.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in high-volume dispatching (Trucking, Medical Transport, Homecare, or Security).

Strong spatial reasoning and the ability to learn and navigate Southern California geography quickly to make logical guard deployment choices.

Exceptional crisis-management skills; a calm attitude when unexpected scheduling conflicts arise.

Willingness to work a fixed US PST schedule and maintain on-call availability for urgent dispatch escalations outside standard hours.

SALARY: Competitive; Commensurate with qualifications, logistics experience, and quality of service.
