JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced Operations Supervisor looking to transition your workforce management, coaching, and escalation skills into a dedicated remote operations role? TruGuard Security is a fast-growing security company based in California, USA. We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Supervisor to oversee our field personnel rosters, drive shift compliance, and manage daily client service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Roster & Schedule Management: Oversee daily shift attendance, manage scheduling changes, and instantly resolve last-minute guard call-offs or shift gaps using our coordination software.

Performance & Discipline: Act as the direct supervisor for field guards. Monitor behavior, handle internal disputes, track uniform compliance, and issue formal corrective actions or documentation when company policies are breached.

Client Engagement: Serve as a reliable corporate point of contact for clients to ensure our security service matches their contract expectations, handling routine updates and gathering feedback.

Hours Auditing: Audit guard clock-in/clock-out data against the planned schedule within our systems to ensure completely clean records for payroll and billing preparation.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a BPO Team Leader, Operations Supervisor, or Workforce Specialist.

Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) with the confidence to speak directly to US corporate clients.

Highly tech-literate; capable of strictly enforcing and following digital SOPs across CRMs, spreadsheets, and scheduling portals.

Ability to work fixed US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours and act as the on-call supervisor for critical dispatch emergencies outside your regular shift.

SALARY: Competitive; Commensurate with qualifications, administrative grit, and quality of service.
