About Us:

We are continuing education providers offering online education for Mental Health therapists. We are mission-driven and ready to make an impact together.

Job Description:
We are a fast-growing online education company in the mental health industry across the US. We offer live and recorded webinars approved by leading national boards. As we grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do
Support webinar setup, coordination, and post-event processing
Handle data entry, file organization, and reporting tasks
Assist in maintaining course listings and platform content updates
Respond to basic customer inquiries and escalate as needed
Flag issues proactively and keep tasks moving with minimal supervision
Secretary's assistance to high-level managers

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
1–2 years in administrative, operations, or program coordination work
Able to work independently in a remote setup
Communication Skills, Tech-Savvy, Problem-Solving, People Skills, Extroverted & Enthusiastic
Must be exceptionally fluent in English, as well as have top-notch writing/grammar skills

Technical Skills
Proficient in Google Workspace with basic to intermediate spreadsheet skills
Comfortable with basic data management: sorting, cleaning, and organizing files
Familiar with WordPress or similar CMS for basic content updates
Basic Zoom experience (scheduling, settings, attendance tracking)
Exposure to CRM or email marketing tools is a plus (e.g., GoHighLevel, Mailchimp)
Familiarity with no-code automation tools like Zapier is a plus
Prior exposure to LMS platforms is an advantage

Operational Skills
Manages recurring tasks and deadlines with minimal check-ins
Strong attention to detail in documentation, data entry, and compliance tasks
Proactively flags issues before they escalate
Handles basic customer inquiries and escalates complex concerns appropriately
Industry-Specific (Nice to Have)
Experience in webinar operations including setup, attendee management, and post-event processing
Background in online course or training program support
Exposure to continuing education or e-learning organizations is preferred
