JIJ Firm is looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing remote team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls for a US-based client in the self-storage industry, assisting customers with inquiries, reservations, account management, and general support needs.
This is a 100% work-from-home, night shift position aligned to US business hours — ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently from home.
Compensation & Benefits

Paid training: 500 pesos per day
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls regarding storage unit inquiries, reservations, billing, and account concerns
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and customer retention
Deliver consistent, high-quality service that meets or exceeds client KPIs
Accurately log call notes and updates in the system
Adapt to additional customer service accounts as business needs grow
Minimum Qualifications
At least 6 months of BPO or call center experience (voice account required)
Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
Stable, high-speed internet connection
Desktop or laptop required (no tablets or phones)
Quiet, distraction-free work-from-home setup
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
