Inside Sales Agent / Appointment Setter — US Real Estate SaaS

I'm hiring sharp, confident phone people to join Paperless Pipeline, a US software company that 1,800+ real estate brokerages run their transactions on. We just launched an AI feature that's an easy sell, and I need someone who can get brokers on the phone and book them onto a quick demo with our team.

This isn't a robo-dialing gig where you read a wall of text. You're the first voice these brokers hear, and you set the tone. If you've got great spoken English, thick skin, and you actually like the phone — keep reading.

How this works: I'm bringing on two people for a paid 2-week trial. At the end of the two weeks, whoever performs best stays on with the company for the full 90-day program. Both trial weeks are paid — this is a real shot to prove yourself, not free work.

-> What you'll do

- Make outbound calls to US real estate brokers and offices (B2B lists — not random consumers)
- Open with a simple hook, handle the usual objections, and book 15-minute calls onto our specialist's calendar
- For brokers who won't book a call, get permission to text them a 60-second demo video — then follow up
- Send the follow-up texts, confirmations, and reminders (templates and a full script are provided)
- Log every call outcome cleanly in our dialer/CRM (JustCall) so we can track what's working
- Settle into a daily rhythm of dials, conversations, and booked appointments — we'll set clear targets together

-> You're a great fit if you have

- Near-native spoken English — clear, warm, and easy to follow on a US phone line. This is the #1 thing.
- Real outbound cold-calling or appointment-setting experience (US accounts a big plus)
- The resilience to hear "no" all day and stay upbeat on the very next dial
- Comfort with a dialer, CRM, and texting tools — JustCall experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- A quiet space, reliable wired internet, a good headset, and a backup power/internet plan
- Availability for US business hours — which means a night shift here in the Philippines

- Work from home — you provide the quiet environment, headset, and stable connection
- I'd love to have the right person calling within a week

- The first two weeks are a paid trial for two candidates. The top performer continues for the full 90-day program — with real room to grow into a lead role as we build out the team.
