AI Automation & CRM Specialist (Project-Based)

In line with this objective, we are seeking an experienced AI Automation & CRM Specialist to work with us in a project-driven position. Your expertise will help in building the digital backbone of our school through systems setup, automation, and pipelines for enrollment and growth of our organization. What You'll Be Doing
-Create workflows using AI automation for tasks related to school activities like enrollment, communication, following up, etc.
-Develop and manage the CRM system that is specific to an educational setting – tracking leads, inquiries, and enrollments.
-Develop leads via digital marketing campaigns using funnels
-Develop automation processes involving multiple tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or similar software
-Create a dashboard/reporting system to measure the progress of pipelines and campaigns
-Work in coordination with school management on developing a system in line with their enrollment strategies

Requirements
-Experience in setting up and managing CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
-Hands-on experience in creating automation workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
-Knowledge about how to use AI tools for businesses and their operations
-Lead generation skills from beginner to intermediate (email campaigns, landing pages, or ads funnels)
-Attention to details when documenting processes
-Experience in the education, startups, or services sectors is advantageous (Australian curriculum is preferred)
-Working individually and remotely is not a problem
