We are based in the United States and provide services to government organizations around the world.

We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Expert. Your primary task is to work in Account Receivable, prepare invoices, prepare detailed reports and reconciliation. Because we work with government organizations, the invoice format and reporting requirement varies from each client. You must be great in preparing excel files, compiling data from different sources, and customize different invoices, and work with different platforms.

General hours: Graveyard shift 9:00am - 6pm US Eastern Time every day. There will be some work required outside of this hours or weekend. You must be flexible outside of this hours as needed. This position may convert to Full Time position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting is required
- Exceptionally sharp, proactive, punctual, detail-oriented, and organized
- Very comfortable with English and general accounting
- Experience with complex accounting reports
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Minimum of three years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable
- Strong internet skills, including online research and using web-based platforms
- Expert in Excel, Word, Acrobat PDF, and Outlook
- Strong “get things done” attitude
- Able to track tasks through completion
- Able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
