This role works US Eastern Time hours, which means NIGHT SHIFT in the Philippines. Your working hours will be approximately 8:30 pm – 1:30 am Philippine Time, Monday–Friday. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. Please confirm your availability before applying.

US Time: 7:30 am – 12:30 pm EST
Philippine Time: 8:30 pm – 1:30 am (night shift)
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours per week: 25 hours

COMPENSATION

During probation (first 90 days): $325/month
After successful probation: $375/month

The pay increase at 90 days is performance-based, not automatic.

ABOUT THE ROLE

ABC Collective Inc. is looking for a driven, high-energy recruitment coordinator to cover our morning shift. You will be the first point of contact for candidates each day, responsible for keeping a busy pipeline moving from open of business through to a clean handoff at 12:30 pm EST.

This role comes with a 90-day probation period. Candidates who perform well will receive a pay increase to $375/month upon successful completion. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, shows up consistently, and genuinely wants to grow with us.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- High-volume recruitment: Manage a large, active pipeline of candidates across multiple entry-level roles at once

- Interview scheduling calls: Make outbound calls to candidates to book, confirm, and follow up on interview appointments

- Multi-channel correspondence: Manage candidate and internal communications across email, messaging platforms, and other channels professionally and promptly

- CRM management: Keep all candidate records accurate, up to date, and properly tracked within our CRM at all times

- Administrative support: Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly

- Shift handoff: Ensure a thorough, accurate handoff to the afternoon coordinator at 12:30 pm EST so nothing falls through the gap

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in a contact centre or sales environment — strongly preferred and will be prioritised in screening
- Comfortable working at high volume — this role moves fast and requires sustained focus across the full shift
- Strong written and spoken English — you will be communicating with candidates and stakeholders daily
- Organised, reliable, and self-directed — you need to manage your own workload without being micromanaged
- CRM experience is a plus — familiarity with any CRM platform will be an advantage
