Job Responsibilities

Answer inbound and outbound (auto-dialed) calls
Use our provided script to pre-qualify U.S. customers
Transfer qualified leads to our senior sales advisors
Record accurate call details and update the CRM system

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or call center work
Background in financial services or tax services is a strong advantage
Comfortable discussing financial questions and reading credit data
Excellent English communication skills (clear and confident voice)
Reliable, proactive, and can follow scripts naturally
Able to work U.S. hours (night shift)

Computer: Desktop or laptop (Intel i3 processor or better, Windows 10+ or Mac OS)
Dual monitors for multitasking efficiency
Wired internet connection: Minimum 100 Mbps upload/download
Noise-cancelling headset and working webcam
