We are
Our goal is to create a high-quality Master Real Estate Website in GHL that can be quickly cloned and lightly customized for new agents. This allows us to onboard clients rapidly while delivering excellent speed-to-lead, lead capture, follow-up automations, and marketing tools at a competitive price. We start with a strong website foundation (fast loading, mobile-first, professional design) and then layer in ongoing marketing automation, blogs, social media, and reputation management.
We are primarily focused on real estate agents but also serve a variety of small business clients, including restaurants, hospitality businesses, skilled trades, and other local service providers. We are looking for a long-term partner who can grow with us and eventually handle the full suite of services for all our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize a professional Master Real Estate Website in GoHighLevel (including funnels, workflows, automations, chatbots, reputation tools, blogs, and lead capture).
Efficiently clone the master site into new GHL sub-accounts for new agents, customize branding (name, logo, colors, images, content), set up IDX/MLS integrations, optimize for SEO and page speed (target strong Lighthouse scores), and test thoroughly before handover.
Assist with client onboarding processes — create and refine SOPs/questionnaires to quickly gather needed information from new agents.
Handle content creation: evergreen real estate blogs, neighborhood pages, market stats, property content, social media posts, and automated campaigns.
Manage reputation management, social media scheduling/automation, and ongoing site maintenance/updates.
Adapt GHL solutions for non-real-estate clients (restaurants, hospitality, skilled trades, etc.) — including menu updates, reservations, reviews, and basic marketing automation.
Understand and support the growth of a white label GHL agency model.
Provide weekly reports on launched sites, performance metrics, leads, and issues.
Proactively suggest improvements based on your GHL expertise.
Requirements (Must-Haves — Serious Candidates Only):
Strong proven expertise with GoHighLevel — you must be highly confident using all tools in the platform (sites, funnels, workflows, automations, snapshots, global elements, custom values, sub-accounts, white-label features, etc.).
Portfolio of real estate websites you have personally built/created using GoHighLevel sub-accounts. Please be prepared to share live links or screenshots of your work.
Experience with IDX/MLS integrations, SEO optimization, Lighthouse performance, content generation, blog management, and social media automation.
Ability to create efficient cloning/customization workflows and onboarding processes/SOPs.
Excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
Philippines-based with good overlap with US business hours.
