Marketing & Content Virtual Assistant (Remote – Philippines)
I’m an author, speaker, and founder of Mindful Life Design Lab, and I’m looking for a talented Virtual Assistant to help me grow my audience, increase book sales, and support my online programs.
I’m looking for someone who can not only complete tasks, but also contribute ideas, take initiative, and help me expand my reach and impact.
Responsibilities
• Create and schedule social media content
• Edit videos and add captions/subtitles
• Create reels and short-form video clips
• Send newsletters using ConvertKit
• Build landing pages and opt-in pages in ConvertKit
• Help market my book and online programs
• Repurpose content from podcasts, videos, newsletters, and live events
Bonus Skills (Strong Plus)
• Creating high-converting
• Writing ad copy and designing ad creatives
• Managing and optimizing ad campaigns
• Helping increase book sales, webinar registrations, and program enrollments
What I’m Looking For
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with social media marketing
• Video editing experience
• Canva experience
• ConvertKit experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Creative thinker with strong marketing instincts
• Experience marketing books, authors, coaches, or online courses is a plus
Important
I work in the Pacific Time Zone (California/Oregon, USA). While I don’t expect you to be available around the clock, I do need someone who can communicate quickly and occasionally handle projects with a 24-hour turnaround.
This position has the potential to grow into a long-term partnership with increasing responsibilities for the right person.
