JOB OVERVIEW

American remodeling company PRORAB Construction & Remodeling is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to answer incoming calls, follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain our CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Call back new leads quickly
• Schedule estimates for our sales team
• Send follow-up text messages and emails
• Update CRM records
• Confirm appointments
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Clear and professional phone voice with no accent
• Reliable internet connection
• Previous customer service, call center, or appointment setting experience will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work during the night time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with U.S. home service companies (construction, painting, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping) is a major plus
• Experience working with U.S. customers
• Experience using CRM software

Work Schedule:

Approximately 40 hours per week during Seattle, Washington business hours.
Salary $4/hr + bonus
