JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I'm David Thompson. I'm the founder of a growing coaching, consulting, and marketing company, and I'm looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant who can help me stay organized, manage priorities, and keep operations running smoothly.

This is not an entry-level virtual assistant position.

I'm looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving pieces without constant supervision.

As our company grows, this role will become one of the most important support positions in the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
You will work directly with me and our leadership team to help manage day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organizing calendars
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Sending reminders and follow-up communications
- Coordinating client onboarding activities
- Tracking contracts, payments, and client status updates
- Managing internal task lists and project follow-ups
- Assisting with coaching and client operations
- Updating spreadsheets and databases
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks

This role requires someone who enjoys bringing order to busy environments and helping leaders stay focused on high-value activities.
