Shift Hours: Full-Time | Shift starts between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM California Time (PDT) (Equivalent Philippine Time: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM PHT start time / Graveyard Shift)

Compensation & Perks:
Base Pay: $5.00 USD per hour (Approximately ?290.00 PHP per hour)

Performance Bonus: Extra $100.00 USD (Approx. ?5,800.00 PHP) per month for hitting your monthly metrics.

We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious Junior Sales Account Manager based in the Philippines to join our US sales team. Daily Expectations & Metrics
This is a high-volume, high-reward role. To succeed, you must be comfortable maintaining a high-octane pace every single day:

High-Volume Outreach: Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to US dental practices.

Targeted Emailing: Send 150 customized follow-up emails per day to prospective clients.

Doctor Engagement: Speak directly with American dentists, introducing our product lines, building interest, and staying consistently connected to nurture the relationship.

Lead Pipeline Management: Relentlessly follow up on warm and cold leads to keep them moving through the sales funnel.

Order Processing: Efficiently handle and process incoming orders from your accounts, ensuring accuracy and top-tier service.

Qualifications & Requirements
The Hustle Factor: High energy, resilience, and a passion for getting into sales. You view "No" as just a step closer to a "Yes."

Communication Excellence: Fluent English with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence. You must feel comfortable speaking directly to American doctors and medical professionals.

Output Driven: Proven ability to hit daily KPIs (150 calls / 150 emails) without sacrificing quality or enthusiasm.

Reliable Schedule: Ability to log on consistently for the morning US West Coast shift (starting between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM Philippine Time).

Tech Savvy: Fast learner who can accurately log notes in our CRM while processing client orders.

Technical Remote Work Requirements
A quiet, dedicated home office setup with zero background noise (no family noise, roosters, or traffic sounds).

A reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with a solid backup internet option (pocket Wi-Fi/data).

A modern computer/laptop and a high-quality noise-canceling headset.
