What you'll own
Each of our clients is an AI consumer company trying to turn a launch into pipeline. Your job is to own one of those launches end-to-end - we call this a play.
A play is a 6-8 week campaign: you pick the creators, write the brief, ship the content, watch the metrics, kill what's not working, double down on what is. Most plays drive 50K-500K installs or signups for the AI product.
You are the single throat to choke for one product's launch. You own the outcome.
What you'll actually do
Define the launch hypothesis. What's the user behavior change this product is betting on? Who's the early adopter? What's the hook that gets them in the door?
Source creators. You find your own creators - 10-30 per week in the product's niche across TikTok, IG, and YouTube Shorts. We give you the sourcing tools, the existing creator database (50K+), and the criteria. There is no separate sourcer; the play is yours end-to-end.
Brief and ship. Write the creative brief, send the assignments, answer creator questions in our shared Slack channels. Get content out the door fast.
Measure and iterate. Track posts, views, conversions. Run experiments on hook, format, and CTA. Weekly decisions on what to kill and what to scale.
Report. Weekly written update on the play: what shipped, what we learned, what's next. Direct dialogue with the client founder.
Who this is for

Self-taught is welcome. We do not care about which university you went to or any school credential. Show us what you've shipped and what you watch and how you think.
Ships things. You have launched something. A TikTok account, a Shopify store, a Discord community, a Substack, a side product. Anything where you had to make 100 small decisions and learn from outcomes.
Lives on short-form video. You can name 5 creator accounts you follow in different niches and explain exactly why each one works. Bonus if some are South East Asian creators - we want that local context.
AI-native. You don't just use ChatGPT. You build small things with Claude, Cursor, v0, Lovable, ElevenLabs, Runway. Whatever the job needs.
Comfortable with async + overlap hours. Most work is on your own schedule, but you can do 2-4 hours of US or EU overlap a few times a week for client calls.
What you have shipped matters more than any school you went to.
What you'll get
Paid in USD. $400-$600/month base depending on hours and experience, plus performance bonus tied to your play's outcomes. The bonus can be larger than the base for top performers, paid in USD via Wise or Payoneer.
Real ownership. You own one product's launch, then 2-3 as you ramp. Your name on the work, directly visible to the founders of the AI products we're launching.
The 8x playbook. Every internal SOP, every creator network, every tool. We hand you what took 18 months to build.
Direct path to extend. 3-month role to start. Top performers extend or convert to permanent roles at increased comp.
Mentorship from the team. Weekly 1:1 with the head of plays. Direct line to the CEO when you need it. The same operating context the EU team gets.
