TikTok Shop Manager (A–Z) – Full-Time Remote

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to build and grow a TikTok Shop business from A to Z.

Responsibilities
Complete TikTok Shop setup and optimization
Product listing creation and optimization
Store design and branding
Affiliate program setup and management
Creator and influencer outreach
TikTok Shop compliance and account health management
TikTok advertising strategy and management
Organic TikTok growth
Product launch execution
Scaling sales and improving store performance
Requirements
Proven experience building and scaling TikTok Shops
Experience in the supplements, vitamins, wellness, skincare, or topical creams industry
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliates and creator partnerships
Experience running successful TikTok ad campaigns
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the channel
