POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying and qualifying prospective partners in the luxury home and design industry. You'll handle outbound prospecting and cold outreach targeting interior designers, architects, luxury home builders, custom closet companies, and luxury retailers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research and build prospect lists using LinkedIn, design directories, and industry associations
• Make a minimum of 50 cold calls/day and run multi-channel outreach (phone,
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly activity reports
• Support prospecting efforts on LinkedIn and Instagram, including around trade shows and industry events
REQUIREMENTS
• 4–5 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or business development
• Strong English communication skills with a confident phone presence
• Comfortable engaging with high-level decision-makers in a luxury/premium market
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
PREFERRED
• Background in interior design, luxury home, architecture, or related industries
• Experience with structured outreach sequences or
• Familiarity with luxury goods or premium lifestyle markets
