We're a branded DTC business in health & beauty doing 7 figures/month, almost entirely on Meta. We already have a senior Creative Strategist driving our VSL and video creative. Now we're building out the static / image side of our account, and we want someone who can own it end to end: from product research all the way to finished, AI-generated image ads.
Post-Andromeda, creative diversity and volume are everything. We need someone who can produce a high volume of distinct, on-brand image concepts by combining real product research, direct-response thinking, and AI image generation, without diluting the brand.
This is a hands-on, AI-first production role. You won't be steering other editors. You'll be the one researching, prompting, and shipping the creative yourself.
What you'll own
- Deep product research: ingredients, customer avatars, mechanisms, benefits, customer language, reviews, objections. The foundational inputs every strong creative is built on.
- Concept and angle development for image ads, pulled directly from that research
- AI prompting: writing strong, repeatable prompts to generate image ads through AI tools (no manual Canva editing required)
- Awareness-stage mapping: building distinct creative for each of the 5 awareness stages (unaware ? problem aware ? solution aware ? product aware ? most aware)
- Direct-response copy on-image: hooks, headlines, callouts, claims
- Competitor and top-ad research in health & beauty
- Creative performance analysis: what to test, scale, kill, iterate across hooks, angles, formats, CTAs
- Batch production across multiple products
You will NOT be doing
Video editing,, manual graphic design in Canva, media buying.
Your job is research ? prompting ? AI-generated image ads ? mapped to awareness stages.
Bonus/Good to have
- Experience in VSL scripting, briefing of other editors and video creations.
Who we're looking for
- Hands-on experience generating ad creative with AI image tools (Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Nano Banana / Gemini, DALL·E, Recraft, Firefly, or similar); you can show us output, not just talk about it
- Genuinely strong at prompting: you can get consistent, brand-safe, conversion-focused images out of AI, including legible on-image text and product accuracy
- Strong product-research instinct: you can dig into a product and pull out the angles, claims, and customer language that actually move ads
- Solid grasp of the 5 awareness stages and how creative should change across each one
- Direct-response fundamentals: hooks, angles, benefit-led messaging
- An eye for design: you can tell the difference between a cheap-looking AI image and one that looks like a premium brand ad
- Comfortable with creative analytics (Motion, Atria, Triple Whale, etc.) — or eager to learn
- Native-level English
- Bonus: health, beauty, skincare, or supplements experience
Compensation
- $1,000–$2,000 USD/month + performance bonus
- Full-time, fully remote, long-term
