About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who specializes in short-form talking head content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

This is not a beginner role.

We need someone who can work quickly, think independently, solve problems on their own, and consistently deliver polished content with minimal supervision.

If you require constant instructions, frequent follow-ups, or step-by-step guidance for every task, this role will not be a good fit.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form talking head videos for social media
Create engaging captions, subtitles, graphics, animations, and visual hooks
Replicate existing editing styles and match brand guidelines
Source stock footage, sound effects, music, and visual assets when needed
Create simple graphics and social media assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Assist with social media management tasks when required
Organize project files and maintain efficient workflows
Meet deadlines consistently and communicate proactively

***Requirements***

Must-Have Skills
Strong experience editing talking head content
Excellent English comprehension and grammar
Ability to edit quickly without sacrificing quality
Strong understanding of social media content and current trends
Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
Basic graphic design skills
Ability to follow references and replicate editing styles accurately
