Freelance Motion Designer — Long-term collaboration (B2B SaaS)

About us
We are a motion design studio building video for B2B SaaS companies: product demos, ads, social content. We work on short videos (15–60s), built to convert, in a clean and modern aesthetic — the visual world of Linear, Stripe, and Vercel. We're building a team of strong freelancers for the long run, not a pool we discard after one gig.
The role
You produce short motion design videos from clear, well-scoped briefs. Concretely:

Animating 15–60s sequences, multi-format (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
Bringing product interfaces and screens to life
Sticking to a precise art direction and a 5–7 day delivery window per video
Handling revisions through our validation process (timecode-based comments)

This is not one-off work: we're looking for someone who can absorb recurring volume, month after month.
Who we're looking for

Advanced After Effects skills (non-negotiable)
UI / product-screen animation: a real plus
A sharp sense of rhythm and detail — able to hold a clean style without overloading it
Autonomous: you can move forward on your own once you have the brief, no hand-holding
Reliable on deadlines — just as important as quality
A portfolio demonstrating motion work (corporate, product, social)
