JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
This is a part-time remote role for someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will own two critical functions — outreach and content — working directly with the founder to keep our pipeline full and our LinkedIn presence strong.This is not a task-following role. We need someone who thinks ahead, takes initiative, and figures things out independently. Marketing experience would be a plus!

What You'll Do
Outreach & Lead Generation

Build and manage targeted lead lists using Apollo.io
Send and manage cold email sequences on behalf of the founder
Follow up with leads at day 3 and day 7 — personalized, not templated
Qualify inbound leads and flag warm prospects immediately
Track all outreach activity and pipeline status in Notion CRM
Research target companies and personalize outreach messaging
Monitor reply rates and suggest improvements to email copy

Content & LinkedIn

Draft LinkedIn posts in the founder's voice — 3 posts per week
Schedule and publish content consistently
Engage with comments and respond to messages on LinkedIn
Research trending topics in operations, startups, and AI to inform content
Repurpose existing content across platforms where relevant
Track engagement metrics and report weekly on what's working


What We're Looking For

Experience with cold outreach and lead generation — Apollo, Instantly, or similar
Strong writing skills — you can write in someone else's voice naturally
Organized and detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks
Proactive mindset — you bring solutions, not problems
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Experience with Notion, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools
Understanding of the startup and tech space is a strong plus

This is not a role where you need hand-holding or constant check-ins
