Real Estate Virtual Acquisition Manager – Detroit Wholesaling

We are hiring a Virtual Acquisition Manager for a Detroit real estate wholesaling operation. Your role is to call motivated seller leads, qualify motivation, estimate property condition, make cash/as-is offers, negotiate, follow up, and help get purchase agreements signed.

Requirements:

Strong English speaking ability
Real estate, sales, cold calling, or appointment-setting experience

Comfortable calling sellers in U.S. time zones

Able to use CRM notes and daily reporting

Must understand or be willing to learn MAO, ARV, repairs, and seller motivation

Compensation:

$5 an hour + 20% of net assignment fee on company-provided leads
Bonus opportunities for signed marketable contracts and closed deals
