Customer Support E-Commerce Brand - Specialized on Answering Comments

Hey there!

We are a 8-figure European fashion brand and facing the current issue of getting to much comments on our Facebook and Instagram ads. We search for someone to answer to those comments on a hourly basis. We currently have around +600 un answered comments.

The market is german, either you need to speak german or are really good in using AI for example Claude.AI to translate and give the customers the right answers.
