The Role
You'll be the dedicated owner of our Instantly.ai environment — managing outbound
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT-
Build, launch, and manage outbound
Write and refine
Set up and maintain sending accounts, warmup settings, and domain health
Monitor deliverability metrics and resolve issues proactively (bounce rates, spam flags, sender reputation)
Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and sending schedules to improve open and reply rates
LEAD & INBOX MANAGEMENT-
Monitor and respond to incoming replies and leads generated through Instantly.ai daily
Qualify and route inbound leads to the appropriate tea
Keep lead lists clean, updated, and correctly segmented
Track campaign performance and maintain accurate records of outreach activity
Flag patterns, opportunities, or issues to leadership regularly
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE-
1–3 years of hands-on experience with cold
Demonstrated proficiency with Instantly.ai — campaign setup, inbox management, analytics
Understanding of
Ability to write clear, concise cold outreach copy
Strong attention to detail and consistency — this role requires daily monitoring without reminders
Fluent written and verbal English
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS- (Candidates who do not meet all of the following will not advance in the process.)
1. Proven, hands-on Instantly.ai experience (must be able to demonstrate in interview)
2. 1+ years of cold
3. Dedicated, quiet home office suitable for professional video calls
4. Reliable workstation and high-speed internet
5. Full availability during US Eastern time zone hours
6. Fluent English communication
NICE TO HAVE-
Experience running outreach campaigns for IT, SaaS, or managed services companies
Familiarity with B2B lead generation and sales pipeline concepts
Experience managing multiple sending domains simultaneously
Basic understanding of CRM workflows
